Christmas Eve Menu (Monday 24th)

Pre-dinner drinks with Canapés
Brandy Flambé Prawns
Salmon Coulibiac, Sautéed Potatoes, Balsamic Tomatoes & Cortijo Salad
Spanish Baked Alaska (Almond sponge base soaked in orange juice and Countreau, home made chocolate ice cream and a soft meringue)

Christmas Day Menu (Tuesday 25th)

Excellent Cava accompanied by a selection of canopies at 14:00

Lunch will be served at 15:00 and will consist of

Stilton & Broccoli Soup
Traditional Free Range Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, including homemade stuffing, devils on horseback, cranberry sauce, bread sauce and redcurrant jelly. All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & roast potatoes.
Christmas pudding or Cava Lemon Syllabub
Coffee or Tea & Chocolates
Christmas Cake, Mince Pies and Turkey Sandwiches will be offered throughout the evening if anyone has room for them.

Farewell Breakfast (Wednesday 26th)

A hearty English breakfast will be provided to see our guests on their way.
