Christmas Eve Menu (Friday 24th)

Pre-dinner drinks with Canapés
Brandy Flambé Prawns
Salmon Coulibiac, Sautéed Potatoes, Balsamic Tomatoes & Cortijo Salad
Spanish Baked Alaska (Almond sponge base soaked in orange juice and Countreau, home made chocolate ice cream and a soft meringue)
Cheese Board
Coffee & Chocolates

Christmas Day Menu (Saturday 25th)

After 12 noon an excellent Cava accompanied by a selection of canopies

Lunch will be served at 3pm and will consist of

Stilton & Broccoli Soup
Traditional Free Range Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, including homemade stuffing, devils on horseback, cranberry sauce, bread sauce and redcurrant jelly. All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & roast potatoes.
Christmas pudding or Cava Lemon Syllabub
Coffee or Tea & Chocolates
Christmas Cake & Mince Pies will be offered throughout the evening if anyone has room for them.

Boxing Day (Sunday 26th)

A light lunch will be available during the day
