Christmas Eve Menu (Wednesday 24th)

  • Pre-dinner drinks with Canapés
  • Champagne & Chicken Liver Pâté
  • Salmon Coulibiac, Sautéed Potatoes, Balsamic Tomatoes & Cortijo Salad
  • Spanish Baked Alaska (Almond sponge base soaked in orange juice and Countreau, home made chocolate ice cream and a soft meringue)
  • Cheese Board
  • Coffee & Chocolates

 

Christmas Day Menu (Thursday 25th)

After 12 noon an excellent Cava accompanied by a selection of canopies

Lunch will be served at 3pm and will consist of

  • Stilton & Broccoli Soup
  • Traditional Free Range Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, including homemade stuffing, devils on horseback, cranberry sauce, bread sauce and redcurrant jelly. All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & roast potatoes.
  • Christmas pudding or Lemon Syllabub
  • Coffee or Tea & Chocolates
  • Christmas Cake & Mince Pies will be offered throughout the evening if anyone has room for them.

 

Boxing Day (Friday 26th)

A light lunch will be available during the day

Evening Meal will consist of our popular Spanish Night Menu including:

  • Pre-dinner Drinks
  • Tapas from different regions of Spain
  • Seafood Paella
  • Mixed Salad
  • Desert
  • Tea/Coffee

 

Farewell Breakfast (Saturday 27th)

A hearty English breakfast will be provided to see our guests on their way.

 

Terms:

  • Prices are per person with two adults sharing a Double or Twin rooms.
  • Premier Room Surcharge = 150 Euros + tax
  • Prices do not inlcude tax at 7%
  • No single occupancy.
  • Special Rates for 6 or more people (3 Rooms). Please enquire about our special rates.
  • You can extend your stay with us by arriving earlier or staying on longer. Please enquire about our special rates.
  • "Christmas & New Year Eve Package" we can provide pick and drop off to Malaga Airport. For prices please provide flight details.
